Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan requires no payment information at all. You sign in with Google and start right away. A credit card is only needed if you upgrade to Pro.

How do I start Pro?

Click Start Pro and sign in with Google first. Once your account exists, you are taken to our payment processor to enter your card details. Billing starts immediately and your Pro features are active as soon as the payment succeeds.

Can I cancel Pro at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period.

What is included in the full broker library?

The Pro plan covers all 55+ brokers we track, organized by priority level: High, Medium, and Lower. New brokers are added as we identify them and are available to Pro users automatically.

What is the privacy email inbox?

Every Saxalit user gets a personal @saxalit.com email address to use on opt-out forms. When brokers reply to your removal requests, those replies land in your Saxalit inbox. Pro users can read and manage those replies directly inside the app, without ever exposing their real email address.

Will my data come back after I remove it?

Yes, it will. Data brokers continuously pull from public records and other sources, and removed data typically reappears within weeks to months. Saxalit tracks which brokers you have already cleared, making it straightforward to repeat the process when your data comes back. We recommend reviewing your dashboard every few months.

Does Saxalit do the opt-outs for me?

No, and this is intentional. Data brokers require a verified request from the actual person whose data they hold. Submitting your own request has a significantly higher success rate than automated services submitting on your behalf. Saxalit gives you everything you need: the exact instructions, your privacy email address, and a place to track every step. Most opt-outs take under five minutes each.

I live in a state with weak privacy laws. Is Saxalit still useful?

Yes. Most major brokers offer voluntary opt-out processes regardless of your state. While you may not have legal leverage to demand removal, the practical reality is that most brokers comply with direct opt-out requests. Saxalit shows you exactly what legal protections apply in your state and sets honest expectations for what you can achieve.
